Town Council Feedback Meeting
Ilminster Town Council will hold its first feedback meeting on Tuesday 2 February 2016 at the Ile Youth Club at 7.30pm. Councillor Rose Neave, the Mayor, explained “This is an opportunity for people to come and meet Town Councillors, ask questions and make suggestions about the work of the Town Council. There will not be a formal, written agenda, it is for those members of the public attending to raise topics. A record will be kept of questions asked and any suggestions made by the public and if a response cannot be given on the night we will follow it up as soon as we can. There is no need to contact the Town Council office beforehand, people should just turn up on the night willing to participate in a constructive and open minded way. “
