Services and Facilities

Ilminster Town Council is responsible for the provision and maintenance of a number of local sites and amenities including the Market House, Herne Hill Nature Reserve, Wharf Lane recreation ground, West Crescent play park, Britten’s Field, Winterhay play park, the Burma Star garden and the cemetery on New Road.

The town centre is mainly looked after by Somerset Council.
