This committee is formed as and when required, this is to ensure there are no conflict of interests. It has been set up to conduct grievance, capability and disciplinary proceedings, including the determination of a sanction in accordance with the relevant Council policy. Meetings are held as required. Given the purpose of these meetings it is likely that a resolution would be passed to exclude the press and public to the meeting.
