Ilminster’s Christmas Festival

Ilminster has one of the best Christmas light displays in Somerset. The entire town is decorated with thousands of lights, from the market square through to West Street, Silver Street and beyond. Culminating in an evening of fun, drinks, food, puppet shows and a count down for the light switch on celebrations at 19:00.

Road Closures will be in place from 16:00 until 21:00 and the town centre is pedestrianised during the event, making it family friendly. Whilst dogs are allowed, the event can be crowded and noisy.
