A meeting of the PLANNING, HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE will take place on Tuesday 3rd December 2019 in the Council Chamber, Council Offices, North Street, Ilminster starting at 19:30 hrs.
The public are welcome to attend this meeting. Members of the public are invited to ask questions or raise issues relevant to the work of the Council. The overall time available for this session is restricted to 15 minutes unless the Chair decides otherwise. Individual speakers are restricted to 3 minutes and are asked not to repeat points that have been made previously. It is helpful if potential contributors can make themselves known to the Town Clerk before the meeting so that the session can be programmed effectively.
Public participation is not part of the formal meeting of the Council however a note will be made of matters raised and recorded at the start of the minutes of the meeting.

Demolition of outbuildings, erection of two-storey and single-storey extensions and the subdivision of the first floor accommodation to create a new self-contained residential unit over 32 Ditton Street
This is an amended application. The amendments are:
Revised plans to allow for amended scheme; 2 storey rear extension and a single storey side extension and an amended description
This application was discussed by the committee on the 4th December 2018 and the relevant extract from the minutes is given below

Demolition of existing out-buildings and the erection of a two storey extension with single storey section at the rear to reinstate the existing flat and provide a new access to the first floor, car parking and replacement storage including with additional domestic accommodation to reinstated flat.
