Media Release – Brilliant Young People of Ilminster

Posted on 3rd April, 2017 in News

The Bradley Cullen Youth Citizens Award is an award which remembers Bradley Cullen who was born with a serious illness and who sadly died in 2013.  This award recognises inspirational young people like Bradley.

Do you know a young person who has done something brilliant for Ilminster?  Do you think that they deserve recognition?  If the answer is yes, then what are you waiting for?  All you need to do is to complete a nomination form explaining why you think the young person should receive the award.  For example, this could be because of overcoming adversity, participation in the community, personal achievement and caring for others.

Nomination forms can be obtained from Ilminster Town Council Offices, North Street between 10 – 12 pm Monday to Friday or by emailing town.council@ilminster.gov.uk or downloading the form Bradley Cullen Youth Award Nomination Form 2017. The closing date for the receipt of nominations is Tuesday 18 April.

The name of the award winner will be announced at the Annual Community Assembly on 9 May.
