Following the resignation of Councillor Albin the Town Council has a vacancy for a Councillor.
An election is to be held of ONE Councillor for the Ilminster Town Council. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council Offices, Brympton Way, Yeovil, BA20 2HT on any day after the date of this notice but no later than 4pm on Friday, 3 March 2017.
Forms of nomination paper may be obtained from the Returning Officer, Council Offices, Brympton Way, Yeovil, BA20 2HT or from the clerk to Ilminster Town Council, Council Offices, North Street, Ilminster, TA19 oDY.
If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 30 March 2017.
